Location of The Manor House, Trunch

The Manor House in Trunch, North Norfolk, is ideally situated for visiting the beautiful Norfolk beaches, the Broads, the stately houses of Blickling, Felbrigg, Holkham, Mannington and Wolterton, as well as  the wealth of wonderful hidden churches, the local market towns of North Walsham, Cromer, Wroxham and Aylsham, and of course the vibrant city of Norwich with its museums, cathedrals, art galleries, shops, theatres and market.  

The Manor House itself is a beautifully restored period building in a semi-rural  setting at the edge of the village of Trunch, which hosts a Pub, a lovely church, a village shop and a Post office.

There is easy access to the Bittern Line, the Network Rail connection from Norwich to Sheringham.

And for those who enjoy walks, there are miles of footpaths (the Manor House is on the Paston Way) along either the beach or the cliffs. There is public transport from Trunch to North Walsham, Norwich, Wroxham or Cromer (train or bus) and the coastal villages (bus), available at hourly intervals.
